The department "Vesselheads" of De Plaatijzerindustrie manufactures tank bottoms, end caps, dished discs and many other coldformed parts for a wide range of applications. Heads can be produced by means of pressing with diameters of 34mm to 1400mm and deepdrawing. By means of our pressing and deep-drawing method, heads with a wall thickness of 1 mm can be produced up to 20mm depending on the size of the head.

A WIDE VARIATION
Heads within diameters of 600mm to 4000mm can be produced by the
flanging of disks and for the affixing of the corner radius at a
bördelmachine. By means of this productionmethod heads with wall
thickness can be produced, depending on the diameter of the bottom,
ranging from 3mm to 20mm. We are also able to delivere a wide range of
vesselheads from stock. Check our stocklists to see if your required
head is available. Heads that are in stock can be delivered immediately.
All other presswork / vesselheads will be produced on demand at our
production facility in Apeldoorn and can be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks.
