Heat treatment

De Plaatijzerindustrie has an annealing furnace. This oven is not only used for the heat treatment of its own products. Also third-party products are annealed in this oven.
The specifications of the annealing furnace are:
Dimensions(lxbxh): 3.900 x 3.900 x 1.300 mm. Maximum temperature: 1050 degrees Celsius.
The employees of De Plaatijzerindustrie provide the annealing procedure itself. If
desired, they implement them according to various previously existing codes. If necessary,
we bring thermocouples to monitor the temperature of the product closely
during the procedure. Clients receive a annealing explanation and if
desired, an annealing graph.
